This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 215 T frame. It connects to the motor using a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard and is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan. The system is configured for a 230-460V/3PH/60Hz power supply with across the line starting and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, and the pump maintains a PEI value of 0.94. It is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature with CCW rotation.
