This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 250 flanges and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller with a bronze wear ring. The unit is configured with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. The pump assembly is equipped with greasable bearings and a Woods coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard.
The pump is driven by a 75 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 365 T-frame, operating at 1750 RPM. Electrical input requirements are 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH, utilizing an across-the-line starting method. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The entire assembly is mounted on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan. This equipment maintains a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
