This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The assembly includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor ODP motor. The motor is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with across-the-line starting and utilizes a NEMA 365T frame. Additional features include AEGIS shaft grounding, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The pump is mounted on a welded base that incorporates an integral drip pan. This equipment meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.93.
