This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 2" suction and 1-1/4" discharge. The unit includes a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a bronze shaft sleeve, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump is constructed with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a dry shaft design, and a rear pullout assembly. It also includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is powered by a 1-1/2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 145 JM frame with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM using a 230-460V, 3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA standard requirements and MG1-12.55 premium efficiency ratings. The configuration includes a 40°C ambient temperature rating, CCW rotation, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump adheres to DOE efficiency standards with a PEI of 0.78.
