This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and an 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring housed within a cast iron casing. The pump utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. It is configured with a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F.
The system operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 200 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 445 T frame, configured for a 460V/60Hz/3PH power supply. The assembly includes greasable bearings and an insulated bearing on the non-drive end, along with an AEGIS SGR. It is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and utilizes a standard Woods coupler protected by a guard. This pump configuration meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.94.
