This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge, both configured with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 1 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes a NEMA 143 T-frame. This configuration includes AEGIS shaft grounding and an across-the-line starting method. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard guard. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and the pump has a PEI value of 0.85.
