This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. The internal sealing system utilizes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid and includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 213 T-frame. The electrical configuration supports 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and utilizes a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This model maintains a PEI value of 0.94 and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature with CCW rotation.
