This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and greasable bearings housed within the bearing frame. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
The unit is powered by a 75 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for 230-460/60/3 power supply at 1750 RPM. The motor is mounted on a NEMA 365T frame and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump assembly is installed on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The system meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.94.
