This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft configuration. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes suction and discharge gauge ports for monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP, TEFC Baldor motor in a 365 T-frame. It uses 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. This unit is configured for 40°C ambient operation, counter-clockwise rotation, and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.93.
