This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit consists of a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal utilizes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, suitable for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump is equipped with flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 1-1/2 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 575V/60Hz/3PH power supply with Across the Line starting. The motor is built on a 145 JM frame with feet and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature. The assembly follows NEMA standards, features CCW rotation, and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The pump has a DOE PEI of 0.78.
