This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction port and a 4" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. The assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. AEGIS shaft grounding is included as part of the assembly.
This pump is powered by a 20 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 256T frame. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and utilizes across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump and motor are mounted on a welded structural steel base that features an integrated drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This equipment has a DOE PEI of 0.92.
