The mechanical seal assembly consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F in clean water applications.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM with a 5 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured with a NEMA 184 T frame and a 230-460/60/3PH power supply, utilizing an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and an OSHA, connecting the motor and pump via a Woods coupler. The system features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI value of 0.92. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and CCW rotation.
