This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge. The unit uses a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing includes ANSI Class 250 flanges and ports for system gauge installation.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP, TEFC WEG Super E Premium Efficiency motor. It is configured for 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power with across-the-line starting and utilizes a NEMA 215 T-frame. The pump assembly sits on a welded steel base equipped with an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler, shielded by a standard coupler guard. This equipment is rated for 40°C ambient operation and has a DOE PEI value of 0.96.
