The pump uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a stainless steel shaft sleeve. It is configured with a mechanical seal utilizing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The internal assembly incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP TEFC motor. The motor is NEMA frame 213, configured for 380/60/3 power and across-the-line starting. This WEG premium efficiency motor meets MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. This assembly is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.94 and an HI energy rating of 6, operating at a 40°F ambient temperature with CCW rotation.
