This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design and includes a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This pump is rated for temperatures up to 250°F and features flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without removing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists in reducing piping strain.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and no drip cover. The motor is built on a 184JM frame with feet and is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power. The motor meets NEMA standard specifications, functions in a 40°C ambient environment, and complies with premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is designed for counter-clockwise rotation and across-the-line starting.
