This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 364 TS frame. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 PH power and features premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards with AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard over a Woods standard coupler.
