This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It is built with an 11" nominal impeller diameter and includes a bronze wear ring. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump uses a dry shaft design with a slip-on shaft sleeve to protect the shaft from system fluid. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections, and the unit features flush seal line taps. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping.
This unit is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor in a 256 JM frame with feet. It operates at 1150 RPM and utilizes a TEFC enclosure with no drip cover. The motor is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and meets NEMA standard requirements. This motor features premium efficiency compliance with MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump rotation is CCW.
