This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction connection, a 4" discharge connection, and ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with a TEFC enclosure. The motor is configured for 380/60/3 power supply with across the line starting and fits a NEMA 215 frame. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and includes a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. The motor features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 standards. This equipment is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.93, an HI energy rating of 7, and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
