This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design and flush seal line taps to protect the seal. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, and the top centerline discharge configuration simplifies piping layouts.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor. It is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply using an across-the-line starting method. The motor utilizes a 213 JM frame with feet and meets NEMA standards, featuring premium efficiency in compliance with MG1-12.55. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding, operates at a 40°C ambient temperature, and is set for CCW rotation. The assembly has a DOE PEI rating of 0.92.
