This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The bearing frame incorporates permanently lubricated sealed-for-life ball bearings, and pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 213 T frame. It uses a 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and features Super E premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The unit is configured with a welded base, an integral drip pan, and a Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. It is set for across-the-line starting with a 40°C ambient rating. This pump has a PEI value of 0.88.
