This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The assembly includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This model features flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts.
This pump is configured with a 20 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in a TEFC enclosure with a JM frame style including feet. The motor is a Super E premium efficiency unit that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The electrical configuration is 230-460V/60/3PH with a 40°C ambient rating. This unit utilizes an across the line starting option and has a pump energy index (PEI) of 0.91.
