This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction connection and a 4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It incorporates a dry shaft design with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The unit utilizes a top center line discharge design, flush seal line taps for filter installation, and integrated pressure tappings. The rear pullout design allows for service access without disturbing the system piping.
This unit is configured with a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 213 JM frame style with feet and a TEFC enclosure. It operates at 1750 RPM using a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump maintains a PEI of 0.92 and uses an across-the-line starting configuration.
