This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit utilizes a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The design incorporates a dry shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. It features flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout configuration permits servicing without disturbing the system piping, while the top center line discharge assists in system self-venting.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 5 HP Baldor ODP motor. It is mounted on a 184 JM frame with feet and is configured for a 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA Premium efficiency standards, includes AEGIS shaft grounding, and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature. The pump assembly is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F and has a PEI of 0.89.
