This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 6-1/4" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal containing a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for a maximum temperature of 250°F. The unit is built for clean water applications and includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 145 T-frame with an ODP enclosure. The electrical configuration supports 230-460/60/3 power with an across the line starting option. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The motor is equipped with AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards. This unit has a DOE PEI rating of 0.87.
