This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The unit features flush seal line taps, pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, and a rear pullout design to facilitate maintenance.
This pump is configured with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor by Baldor in a 143 JM frame with feet. It incorporates AEGIS shaft grounding and operates on a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply. The motor adheres to NEMA standards and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements. This unit features across the line starting and has a DOE PEI of 0.85. The motor enclosure is rated for a 40°C ambient environment.
