This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The pump assembly incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. This specific configuration does not include a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 100 HP Baldor TEFC motor mounted on a NEMA 405T frame. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, a standard coupler guard, and a Woods coupler. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a PEI value of 0.93.
