This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. The pump uses a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are included on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 1 HP Baldor motor. The motor is an ODP NEMA 143T frame model, providing premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. Electrical requirements are 230-460/60/3 PH, with an across-the-line starting option. The pump is mounted on a welded base featuring an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It utilizes a standard Woods coupler and greasable bearings. The unit has a DOE PEI of 0.91.
