This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump uses a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve to maintain a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting operation in fluid temperatures up to 250 °F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 145T frame with an ODP enclosure. The electrical configuration supports 230-460/60/3 power with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets premium efficiency standards, includes AEGIS shaft grounding, and has a DOE PEI value of 0.86.
