This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The casing consists of cast iron with an integrated bronze wear ring. It utilizes a 13-1/2" bronze impeller that is dynamically balanced to ANSI Grade G6.3. The pump uses a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve, incorporating a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The unit includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections and provides flush seal line taps.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP WEG TEFC motor. The motor is built on a 286 NEMA T frame and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. It is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes across the line starting. The assembly mounts on a welded base that includes a drip pan and is equipped with a Woods coupler and an OSHA. The pump includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is rated with a DOE PEI of 0.92 for 40 °C ambient conditions.
