This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F in clean water applications. This configuration does not include a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3 power supply and utilizes a 256T NEMA motor frame. This unit meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI of 0.94. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a Woods coupler. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is oriented for counter-clockwise rotation.
