This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge connections. It utilizes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump includes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is constructed with ANSI Class 125 flanges and employs a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 213 T-Frame. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 PH power supply and functions in a 40°C ambient environment. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a standard Woods coupler, a coupler guard, and a bearing frame with greasable bearings. This unit maintains a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
