This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a 10" nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The design incorporates a slip-on shaft sleeve, dry shaft construction, and flush seal line taps. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections. The pump assembly supports a maximum fluid temperature of 250 °F and utilizes a rear pullout design for service access.
The unit is driven by a 10 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure. This motor operates at 1750 RPM using a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. The motor is built in a 215 JM frame style with feet. The assembly complies with NEMA standards and meets MG1-12.55 efficiency requirements. The DOE pump energy index is 0.94. The pump features a top center line discharge orientation.
