This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge. The unit includes a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a cast iron casing, and a slip-on bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The pump operates at fluid temperatures up to 250°F and is equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. Additional features include a dry shaft design, flush seal line taps for filter installation, a rear pullout design for maintenance access, and a top center line discharge configuration. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is driven by a 1 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and JM frame style with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM using a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. This motor meets NEMA standards and premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature. The pump has a DOE PEI of 0.85.
