This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing and a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is equipped with a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid and features flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists in venting.
This unit is configured with a 1 HP Baldor motor in a 143 JM frame style with feet. The motor operates at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and is designed for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump operates at a 40 °C ambient temperature with a CCW rotation and holds a PEI of 0.88.
