This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes an 11" nominal impeller diameter and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes gauge ports at the suction and discharge connections, as well as a drain port located at the bottom.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 286 T-frame. The electrical configuration supports 230-460V/60/3 power input. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and utilizes a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The pump is rated for a 40°C ambient environment and utilizes counter-clockwise rotation. The unit has a PEI value of 0.97.
