This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the system fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The pump is constructed with flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design enables servicing without removing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists with venting and piping alignment.
This pump is configured with a 10 HP Baldor ODP motor in a 215 JM frame with feet, operating at 1750 RPM. The power requirement is 575/60/3PH, utilizing across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding for protection. The unit has a documented PEI of 0.94.
