This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design and includes integrated pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP, 200V, 60Hz, 3PH NEMA 215T frame ODP motor. The Baldor motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It uses a Woods flexible coupler and features greasable bearings within the bearing frame. This equipment has a DOE PEI value of 0.94 and is rated for 40°C ambient temperature operation.
