This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design that prevents contact with the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal is configured with a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The unit includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts.
This unit operates at 1150 RPM and uses a 2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor is configured for a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply and features a 184 JM frame with feet. It operates at a 40°C ambient temperature and adheres to NEMA standards. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements and is set for across-the-line starting.
