This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a stainless steel NSF61 impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The internal components include a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This seal is rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The unit operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 364TS NEMA frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460V/60Hz/3PH with across-the-line starting and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards, and the pump has a PEI value of 0.94. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler. The pump includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
