This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from circulating fluids and does not include a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor in a NEMA 145 frame with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 200V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply with across-the-line starting and an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. This model is rated for a 40°C ambient environment. It meets EISA compliance standards with a DOE PEI value of 0.81 and an HI Energy Rating of 19.
