This in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 1-1/2" flanged connections. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly built to isolate the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The internal construction uses a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly, which consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, EPT elastomers, and stainless steel spring and retainer components. This standardized cartridge design allows for common service components across the unit, while the construction includes materials intended to manage fluid flow effectively. The architecture maintains a focus on accessibility and long-term durability within commercial heating and cooling systems.
The unit has a 1/3 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM on a 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
