This in-line pump uses a cast iron casing with 1-1/2" flanged connections for integration into system piping. The construction includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures, which contributes to a cooler-running assembly. The internal hydraulic system uses a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This cartridge and seal arrangement allows for standardized serviceability across the equipment. The unit includes a stainless steel shaft paired with the bearing cartridge to maintain operational stability.
The motor has a 3/4 HP output and operates at 1750 RPM on a 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
