This in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 2" flanged connections. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from the temperature of the system fluid. A standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly sits within the housing, comprising a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers paired with a stainless steel spring and retainer. This construction maintains hydraulic stability, while the standardized cartridge design allows for common service components.
The pump uses a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure powered by 3PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
