This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge with a 4.90" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and face plate use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and an alloy steel shaft. A cupro-nickel shaft sleeve protects the rotating assembly, while the unit includes companion flanges for connection. The pump handles fluids up to 250°F. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment. The replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing components from system fluid temperatures. The standardized design allows common service components across the unit.
The unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
