Grundfos DDA is a SMART Digital diaphragm dosing pump with an internal brushless motor drive, designed for complex and demanding dosing applications.

A key advantage of the DDA range is its variable-speed stepper motor and very wide turndown ratio. The turndown ratio up to 1:3000, allowing the pump to provide smooth, continuous, and ultra-precise dosing across a broad operating range. This helps reduce pulsation, improve dosing accuracy, and simplify chemical feed setup compared with traditional fixed-stroke dosing methods.

For process reliability, DDA-FC and DDA-FCM versions include FlowControl, which can detect issues such as overpressure, line bursts, air bubbles in the dosing head, and suction-side cavitation.
