Grundfos JP PS Booster Set Pumps for Residential Water Pressure Boosting, Wells, Irrigation, and Domestic Water Supply

Grundfos JP PS Booster Set Pumps are self-priming pressure boosting systems designed for residential water supply, private wells, irrigation, and domestic water applications. By combining a Grundfos JP jet pump with a pressure switch and system tank, these booster sets provide automatic pump operation and dependable pressure control for homes and small water systems.

The JP PS configuration is designed to start and stop the pump automatically according to system pressure. When water is used and pressure falls below the switch setting, the pump starts to restore pressure. Once demand decreases and the system reaches the cut-out pressure, the pump stops. This makes JP PS booster sets a practical solution for conventional residential water systems where simple, proven pressure-switch control is preferred.

The self-priming jet pump design allows the JP PS to draw water from wells, tanks, cisterns, or other suitable sources, making it useful for both pressure boosting and water transfer. Its robust construction and straightforward control arrangement make the system well suited for homes, rural properties, garden irrigation, and light-duty commercial water supply applications.

Compared with variable-speed booster systems such as Grundfos SCALA, JP PS booster sets use traditional on/off pressure control. This makes them a strong choice for installations where constant-speed operation, ease of service, and familiar pressure-switch functionality are the main priorities.
