This Taco Suction Diffuser Rear Strainer Pullout (RSP) is a flanged product that can withstand up to 250 psi. It has a size of 16" x 12" and is designed to work with pumps. These Taco suction diffusers provide maximum flow efficiency at the pump's suction inlet while reducing space and fitting requirements. This eliminates the need for an equivalent length of ten pipe diameters of straight run on the pump's suction side.
This flow straightening device incorporates numerous features into one device, simplifying installations and reducing installation costs. They act as an elbow (and, in some cases, a reducing elbow) with a built-in strainer.
