This in-line circulator has stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft to maintain durability across various fluid applications. It includes companion flanges for 3/4" to 1 1/2" piping connections and uses a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly. This cartridge design isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures and allows for common service parts across the unit. The mechanical seal consists of a standard two-piece carbon and ceramic assembly. The unit uses a dynamically and hydraulically balanced impeller to maintain flow stability, while the motor connection includes a flexible rubber drive coupling to absorb angular and parallel misalignment during operation.
The motor operates at 1/3 HP and 3450 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by a 115/1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
