This in-line circulator uses a cast iron casing with bronze-fitted internals for residential or light commercial hydronic systems. The unit includes companion flanges for connection to 3/4 to 1-1/2 inch piping. It has a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly that isolates internal components from system fluid temperatures, paired with an alloy steel shaft and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve. The dynamically balanced, enclosed impeller construction maintains consistent flow, while the assembly uses an interchangeable two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal. This arrangement has a standardized design, allowing for common service parts across installations. The motor connection uses a flexible rubber drive coupling to absorb angular and parallel misalignment during operation, keeping hydraulic stability within the system loop.
The motor operates at 1/8 HP and 1750 RPM, powered by a 115V, 1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
