This in-line circulator has a cast iron casing paired with an enclosed, hydraulically balanced impeller. The unit includes companion flanges for connection to 2" piping systems. Internally, it uses a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly combined with an alloy steel shaft and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, which isolates the bearings from the system fluid. A two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal is included to manage fluid containment. The structure is built with cast iron to withstand standard hydronic conditions in residential or light commercial heating and cooling applications.
The motor operates at 1/6 HP and 1750 RPM, powered by a 115V/1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
